Terms & Conditions
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days of purchase.
Orders placed after 4pm during weekdays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate requests for changes of items or cancellation. Please note that any changes to your order will be attended to at our best efforts.
In the event that items run out of stock, or our couriers meet with unexpected delays, we will update you at the soonest time possible.
Spectrum Store reserves the right to amend promotions at any time.
Delivery Information
Your order should normally reach you within 1-3 working days (for local shipping), and 21 working days (for overseas shipping) after dispatch, if all items in your order are in stock.
We usually wait for every item in your order before shipping the parcel out, although we may occasionally ship the parcel in separate shipments.
Delivery is done during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt. We suggest that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it.

Delivery Disclaimer
We take great care in packing every order securely before dispatch. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery handling and transportation are managed by the third-party delivery provider.
While we will do our best to assist with any delivery-related issues, Spectrum Store is not responsible for delays, loss of parcels, or damages that occur during transit. All local deliveries are sent with tracking whenever possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for assistance.
Change of Delivery Method
Self-Collection to Delivery
If you would like to switch from self-collection to delivery after your order has already been processed, a $5 administrative fee will be charged to transport your order back to our headquarters before arranging delivery. This fee is in addition to the standard delivery fee of $5.
Expired Self-Collection Orders
If your self-collection order has passed the in-store collection deadline, a $5 administrative fee will be charged along with the standard $5 delivery fee.
This means a total top-up of $10 is required before we arrange delivery.
Payment for the administrative and delivery fees can be made via PayNow to our company UEN 200414505D (Paperclip Pte Ltd).

For local shipping, you will receive an email regarding the delivery status. Alternatively, you can email us at admin@paper-clip.com.sg and we will be able to help you out with that.
Same Day Express Delivery is valid from Mondays to Thursdays before 4pm.
Next Day Delivery is valid from Mondays to Thursdays before 4pm.
All deliveries are subject to delivery slots.
SELF-COLLECTION (WITHIN SINGAPORE ONLY)
If you are in Singapore, you can pick up your order free-of-charge.

Opening Hours: 11am to 9pm daily
Once your order is processed, it may take up to 5 working days to be delivered to our store and we will notify you that it is ready for self-collection.
All uncollected orders after 14 days will be sent back to our warehouse and charges for re-delivery will apply.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES
Overseas shipping rates and delivery timelines are dynamic and will be calculated at checkout based on your destination, parcel size, weight, and available shipping methods. Customers may select their preferred shipping option at checkout based on their preferred delivery speed and cost.
If your country is not listed at checkout, or if you are unable to view the available shipping rates, please contact us at admin@paper-clip.com.sg and we will be happy to assist.
Due to some limitations, we may not be able to ship certain items such as food and bulky items.

Spectrum Store reserves the right to cancel any item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.
Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by the customer to their local customs. We do not bear any taxation in the country of destination.
